Kim has been painting for over 25 years and had always wanted her own style. Her work seemed to always be compared to someone else. She prayed continuously for God to give her her own style, something only she would be known for. A chicken drinking a cup of coffee came to her mind, so she painted the white silhouette of a tall chicken, added a big yellow beak, feathers and long yellow legs and feet... And The Chicken Coop Series was born!
